- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 12 days of the purchase date.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at kilarca.official@gmail.com, and we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost to you.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please email us at kilarca.official@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the product. Include your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work to provide a replacement or full refund.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
